When you sign up, we collect your email address via your chosen sign-in provider.

Your map data includes everything you create in the app: maps, layers, features, turfs, routes, and their organization. Your map data is stored using Jazz.tools for real-time sync. Jazz account keys are stored server-side, which means we can technically access your data if required by law.

You can export your data anytime or delete your account.

When you delete your account, your authentication data, map data, and encryption keys are deleted immediately. Any encrypted fragments on sync servers become cryptographically inaccessible.

Tracking and cookies. No analytics, telemetry, advertising trackers, or fingerprinting. We only use cookies for authentication and session management.

How we operate the service. We use your email to authenticate your account and respond to support requests. Your map data is stored locally on your device first, encrypted during sync, and backed up via Jazz.tools. All communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption.

Third-party services. We use third-party services for data sync, OAuth authentication, geocoding, and route optimization. Your use of these services is subject to their respective privacy policies.

We share data only when required by law, necessary to protect our rights or users' safety, or part of a business transfer (with notice). We don't sell your data.

Children. WicketMap is not for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.

International users. WicketMap operates in the United States. Using the service means your data may be transferred to the US.
